Specialised Knowledge of Machining Zerodur
Our consultants also possess some relatively rare skills relating to the design, realisation and machining of complex 3D Zerodur panels. This experience was gained whilst working with Carl Zeiss Semi-conductor Manufacturing, who are synonymous with the design and manufacture of very high-quality optics.
Our consultants also provided first-line support for the manufacturing of a suite of approximately 20-parts, supplied by four European-based workshops.
We also defined new Pro/ENGINEER methodologies for the definition of these components, providing four-deliverables used at various stages in the 30-stage manufacturing process.
